- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove, crumble, and set aside.
- In the same pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- Add onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Stir in BBQ sauce, mustard, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Remove from heat and mix in half of the cheese and crumbled bacon.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream.
- If using biscuit dough, cut into pieces and mix with the beef mixture.
- Pour the beef mixture into the baking dish, then evenly pour the egg mixture over it.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with pickles if desired, and enjoy!
